Frequently asked questions
Do I need to install anything?
No. Wycenio runs in the browser on phones, tablets and computers. On your phone you can add it to the home screen – it then works like a regular app. Google Play and App Store versions are in preparation.
Does dictation store my recordings?
No. Speech is turned into text by OpenAI and the text is matched to your price list by Claude (Anthropic). Wycenio does not store recordings – only the finished quote, which you can edit.
Where does the price list come from?
You choose your trades and Wycenio adds ready-made services with sample prices. You change them to your own and add your own services or entire trades.
Can I add employees?
Yes. In a company account you invite employees with a code or link. Each has their own login and sees their quotes, while you see all of the company's quotes.
Can I issue an invoice?
VAT invoices with submission to KSeF (the Polish e-invoicing system) are in preparation. Today Wycenio is for quotes – issue the invoice in your invoicing software.
Where is my data stored?
In a database on servers in the European Union (Frankfurt). The connection is encrypted and each company sees only its own data.
How much does it cost?
Wycenio is free during the testing phase. A Pro plan with extra features is coming soon – we will announce the price in advance.
